OTH WATCH PARTY EVENT POLICIES

 

Please read carefully before purchasing your ticket.

IMPORTANT: By purchasing a ticket to any OTH Watch Party event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following policies. These policies are non-negotiable and final.

 

Tickets​

​

• General admission tickets are required for entry to any OTH Watch Party event. Each ticket type is sold separately.

  • There is a limit to the number of tickets you may purchase (3 per person).

  • Children 14 and under are not permitted to any of our shows. Some venues may not allow anyone under 18, this will be posted on the event description.

• All tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from future events.

  • This policy ensures a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

• Upgrades, exchanges, or changes to ticket types are not permitted after purchase.

  • Payments from one ticket type cannot be applied toward another.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for change requests made after purchase.

• All ticket purchases are final.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

​

• Refunds are available up to 5 days before the event date, minus a 10% processing fee. To request a refund, contact us at info@antwontannerent.com.

• If the entire event is canceled, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 business days or may elect to receive credit toward a future event.

• No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows.

• Any chargebacks may result in legal action and a permanent ban from all future events.

 

Code of Conduct & Safety

​

• All attendees, guests, and staff must conduct themselves respectfully. OTH Watch Party is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone.

• Harassment, abuse, disruptive behavior, physical violence, threats, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are not permitted on event premises.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

• Security reserves the right to search bags and personal belongings. Staff have final authority on entry, removal, and safety enforcement.

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

 

Photography, Recording & Live Streaming

​

• The use of live streaming apps and software on any electronic device — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and similar devices — is strictly prohibited during the episode watch. Live stream may be allowed with staff approval during live discussion.

  • This policy applies to all official event rooms and venues associated with Antwon Tanner Entertainment events.

  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

• Photography is only permitted when specified or approved by event staff.

• Antwon Tanner Entertainment (aka A.T.E., LLC) OTH Watch Party events are private. Any photography or video taken at the event is the property of the organizers and may be used in future promotions.

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow your image to be used on our website, social media, during a live stream, or other promotional materials.

• By attending any one of our events, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording by A.T.E., LLC and its representatives. These recordings may be used for promotional, advertising, broadcast, streaming, and social media purposes. You release A.T.E., LLC from any related liability and waive all rights to payment, royalties, or approval of how these materials are used.

 

Accessibility & Accommodations

• Please reach out to us ahead of time if you require any accommodations, so that we may provide the best possible assistance.

• Service animals are welcome in compliance with applicable safety regulations. Assistive devices are permitted.

 

Entry Denial & Revocation Policy​

​

• Entry may be denied or revoked at any time by event staff due to safety concerns, violations of the code of conduct, or suspected policy infractions. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

• Event staff hold ultimate authority over all entry and removal decisions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Privacy & Data Use

​

• Personal information collected at registration will be used for event management, customer service, and marketing purposes only.

• Your information will not be sold to third parties without your consent.
