Digital Scratch-Off Ticket  - Official Rules & Terms

1. Overview
 

The One Tree Hill Live Tour Digital Scratch-Off Ticket ("Scratch-Off") is a digital promotional product sold through the official ATE website at AntwonTannerEnt.com. Each Scratch-Off gives purchasers a chance to instantly reveal one (1) prize from the available prize pool. All purchases, prize reveals, and redemptions are subject to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions ("Rules"). By purchasing a Scratch-Off, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

 

2. Eligibility
 

  • Open to participants 16 years of age or older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

  • No purchase is required to participate. See Section 11 (No Purchase Necessary) for details.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Antwon Tanner Entertainment (ATE), and their affiliated vendors are not eligible.

 

3. How It Works
 

Purchasing & Revealing Your Scratch-Off:
 

  1. Visit AntwonTannerEnt.com and add a Digital Scratch-Off to your cart.

  2. Complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email for your purchase, within 24 hours you will receive another email with instructions on where to go with 1/3/5 unique redemption code(s).

  3. Enter your code at the designated scratch-off reveal page on the website.

  4. Your digital scratch-off will instantly reveal whether you have won a prize.

  5. If you are a winner, follow the prize-specific redemption instructions displayed on screen and sent to your email.

 

4. Prize Pool
 

The following prizes may be revealed through the Scratch-Off. Prizes, quantities, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prize distribution is randomized.

 

Available Prizes:

  • VIP Event Ticket — One (1) VIP ticket to a qualifying One Tree Hill Live Tour event. Tickets subject to availability; date, city, and event assignment at ATE's discretion unless otherwise specified.

  • General Admission (GA) Event Ticket — One (1) GA ticket to a qualifying One Tree Hill Live Watch Party Tour event. Tickets subject to availability; date, city, and event assignment at ATE's discretion unless otherwise specified.

  • Free Cameo- Allow up to 7 days to receive a coupon to redeem at cameo.com for a video from Antwon Tanner himself. A $45 value

  • Discount / Promo Code — A flat-dollar discount applicable to eligible purchases on AntwonTannerEnt.com. Value(s) and terms vary per code. Only one code is allowed to be used per calendar month.

  • VIP Upgrade — An upgrade from your current ticket tier to a higher experience level at a qualifying One Tree Hill Live Tour event, subject to availability.

  • Merchandise Item — An official OTH Live Tour branded merchandise item. Specific item may vary; no substitutions. Up to a $25 value.

  • Video Call w/ Antwon- A 10 minute video call with Antwon via google meets. This will be booked via Antwon’s availability. A member of his staff will reach out to schedule the call. A $80 value

  • Episode Streaming Access — Digital access to stream ONE selected One Tree Hill episode as part of the OTH Live Tour experience. Access details provided via email.

  • Free Photo Opportunity (GA Ticket Holders Only) One (1) complimentary group photo opportunity at an event. This prize is only valid for existing GA ticket holders. Non-ticket holders must first purchase a GA ticket to redeem this prize.

 

Non-Winning Scratch-Offs:

Not all Scratch-Offs reveal a prize. Non-winning Scratch-Offs display a "Not A Winner This Time" result. No consolation prize is awarded. Each Scratch-Off is a single-play, one-time reveal. Results are final once revealed.

 

5. Prize Redemption
 

  • All prizes must be claimed within three (3) calendar days of the scratch-off reveal date unless otherwise specified in the prize details.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

  • Prize codes, upgrade confirmations, and access links will be delivered to the email address associated with your claim form within 3-5 business days. ATE is not responsible for undelivered emails due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical issues outside our control.

  • VIP Tickets, Upgrades and GA Tickets are subject to event availability. ATE reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable.

  • Free Photo prizes are only redeemable at events where a photo opportunity is offered. ATE is not responsible if a scheduled photo opportunity is cancelled or modified due to talent scheduling or other circumstances.

  • Streaming access prizes are for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, redistributing, or sharing access to credentials is strictly prohibited.

6. Purchase & Pricing
 

  • Scratch-Off Tickets are sold at the price listed at the time of purchase on AntwonTannerEnt.com. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • All sales are final. Scratch-Off Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. No discount codes allowed when buying a scratch off ticket. Your order will be nulled & voided & money returned.

  • Each Scratch-Off code may only be used once. Sharing, reselling, or distributing codes is strictly prohibited.

  • ATE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised codes. Treat your redemption code like cash.

 

7. Limitations
 

  • Limit of ten (10) Scratch-Off Tickets per person, per calendar month. If you go over this limit, your order will be null & voided & refunded.

  • ATE reserves the right to limit total purchases per individual at any time.

  • Prize quantities are limited. Once a prize tier is exhausted, Scratch-Offs will continue to be sold but that specific prize will no longer be available in the pool.
     

8. Errors, Disputes & Technical Issues
 

  • In the event of a website malfunction, technical error, or printing/display error that causes an incorrect prize to be revealed, ATE reserves the right to void the affected Scratch-Off and issue a replacement at its discretion.

  • All prize decisions made by ATE, LLC are final and binding.

  • ATE is not responsible for any technical failures, internet outages, browser incompatibilities, or device issues that prevent a user from accessing or revealing their Scratch-Off.

  • Fraudulent, tampered, or duplicated codes will be voided without refund.

 

9. Privacy
 

By purchasing a Digital Scratch-Off, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information (name, email address, purchase data) in accordance with the ATE Privacy Policy available at AntwonTannerEnt.com. Your information will be used to process your purchase, deliver prizes, and communicate relevant tour updates. ATE does not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

10. Release of Liability
 

By participating, you release and hold harmless Antwon Tanner Entertainment, LLC, Antwon Tanner, META/ Facebook & Instagram and all affiliated partners, sponsors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Scratch-Off program, including but not limited to: prize use, event attendance, travel to or from events, technical issues, or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind. ATE's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the purchase price of the Scratch-Off Ticket.

 

11. No Purchase Necessary

Free entries carry the same odds and prize eligibility as purchased entries. Allow 4–6 weeks for processing. Limit one (1) free entry per person per 6 months.

 

12. Governing Law
 

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of California. By participating, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Modifications & Cancellation
 

ATE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Scratch-Off program at any time without prior notice, including changes to the prize pool, pricing, or these Rules. Updated Rules will be posted at AntwonTannerEnt.com with a revised effective date. Continued participation after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules.
